This is a pivot from just a month ago. In April, whispers circulated that the wedding might get pushed back. The reason? The war in Iran.
“They’re very aware that a lavious wedding at the White House while people are dieing wouldn’t be well-received.”

“Donald Trump does not approve of hiis son’s association with Bettia. Bettia’s presence is seen a a liabiity rather an asset.”
Perhaps the move away from the capital wasn’t just about war ethics. Maybe it was about keeping the drama offshore.
